The Monroe County Employee Services Division is comprised of four sections that serve the County Employees and Public: Human Resources Section; Risk Management Section; Employee Benefits Section ; Safety Office. The Employee Services Division Director is Teresa Aguiar and she works directly for the County Administrator. The Employee Services Division Director works closely with the County Administrator to maintain and establish policies and procedures regarding all aspects of Employee Services.
