How do I get a copy of a EMS Report ?
Records of every incident to which a Monroe County Fire Rescue unit responds are sent to our Fire Rescue Headquarters. Copies of these can be obtained 7 days after the incident by contacting Fire Rescue at 305-289-6010, Monday through Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm.

How do I get a copy of my EMS bill?
Monroe County Fire Rescue has contracted Advanced Data Processing, Inc. to do our EMS billing. To receive a copy of your bill and to verify that correct insurance or personal information is applied please call or write:

How do I pay an EMS bill that has been sent to collections?
Monroe County Fire Rescue has contracted Focus Financial as our collection agency.

Can I choose the hospital I’m transported to if that is my wish?
Generally, paramedics will take you to the closest appropriate emergency room able to handle medical conditions.  Patients may be transported to a slightly more distant hospital, but this is on a case by case basis as warranted by an individual’s medical condition.

I just received a bill in the mail from Monroe County Fire Rescue for my personal injury when I was transported by your rescue to the hospital. I have some questions about this. To whom should I direct my call?
Any billing questions should be directed to our billing agent at 1-866-432-2813.

Where can I go to get my blood pressure checked?
Paramedics at any fire stations are able to check your blood pressure between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
