Just4Kids is asking for help
 |
Just4Kids is asking for help. In the wake of Hurricane Wilma they have received over 2,000 requests for items in just one week. During the entire year last year they received 2,137 requests countywide. They are asking people to donate items for school age children(4-18) such as shoes, socks, underwear, school supplies and personal hygiene items. For a complete list send an e-mail to itsjust4kids @aol.com or call 394-5001. First State Bank, TIB Banks locations & HOB are collecting items. Just4Kids is also accepting monetary donations. Many of the needed items are hard to find especially in the Lower Keys; the funds enable
Just4Kids staff and volunteers to make the needed purchases in the Upper Keys.
