County Administrator, Tom Willi, flies over Monroe by helicopter to survey damage left by Hurricane Wilma. Wilma passed over the island chain October 24th. Although, Wilma's winds left little structural damage, several residential regions were hit hard by storm surge, emergency management officials said.
