The mission of the Monroe County Public Works Division to provide the highest level of maintenance services to protect and preserve County infrastructure and equipment in an efficient, professional and timely manner; to promote safe, secure and comfortable facilities and equipment for all employees, residents and visitors; to provide efficient management of fiscal resources in compliance with County policies and procedures; and to select, train and retain highly qualified, dedicated employees that reflect a positive image of the Division and the County, as relates to the following Departments or Sections:
