1) I like the courtesy and camaraderie that I get at the library.
2) I foresee little need for any drastic changes but will eagerly encourage any pet projects that the staff would like to pursue.
3)One priority that I always stress is for administration to work avidly to improve the welfare of the staff. Wages and benefits can never be enough. When the staff sees administration working in their behalf, it creates an atmosphere that is hard to beat.
4) This library is an integral part of the community. My library had a law library and a research librarian for that purpose, but this community is so mature that may not be needful.
5) I visit the library from 1 to 3 visits each week.
6) I have come to use remote access frequently. It is an excellent tool.
