I like the central location of the library and how the website is easy to use. I would like to see improvements such as better lighting in the back room areas, more computer stations (interent-ready and with word processing capabilities), and energy-saving technologies such as light sensors that turn lights on when someone enters a room and turns them off when someone is not in a particular room. The Library's priorities over the next three to five years should be to continue expanding their collection and keep up-to-date with current techological demands (i.e. internet). My vision of the library as part of the community is that it serves as a meeting place, safe haven, relaxation place and a destination for locals as well as visitors. I have visited the library in the past 12 months. I visit approximately 2 times a month. I am aware of and
have used the library's internet resources. I have found them suitable.
